The managers and staff at our homes always love to hear any compliments you may have about the service provided to you or your family and we would value any comments on the Government’s NHS Choices platform.

Whilst we always strive to only ever hear compliments, sometimes issues can occur.  Our complaints procedure, which is available here requires that IMMEDIATE ACTION is taken to address complaints and incidents.
