Meet the manager:
Ria Smith
I began my care journey in 2008 caring for my grandfather who was living with Dementia. When my grandfather passed away, I knew that I wanted to continue providing support in a caring environment and applied for a care assistant role in a residential care home.
I am passionate about supporting individuals in a personalised way, ensuring they live life to the fullest. I progressed through my care journey completing my level 3 and 5 diploma in health and social care developing my skills and knowledge. I have been working at management level since 2017.
