We're thrilled to share an exciting update with all of you! At Island Healthcare, we're always looking for ways to improve the care and support we provide to our residents. As part of our continuous commitment to quality care, we're in the process of rolling out our new electronic care planning system, Nourish Care.

We're proud to announce that we're halfway through the rollout of this innovative system. We've just completed the implementation at Northbrooke House, and we can't wait to bring the benefits of Nourish Care to Hazel Lodge, Tile House, and Westview in the coming months.
